Centrally located, luxurious with excellent customer service. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant/bar and the cigar room. Very nice and spacious rooms, although some rooms that are not part of the original structure are not easy to get to. Overall ...

I could go on and on about how bad this expereience was... Whenever I asked about advertised/promised services I was told, "oh no, you have cheap internet rate - that is not included." Nice facade, but when the rubber hit the road, there was rude,...

At arrival our reservation was not in the computer. We had almost an hour wait before we could check in. A coffee of house would be pleasant. But apart from this (and the ridiculous price of breakfast) it was a perfectly stay. The swimming pool is delicio

If location is important There are concerts everywhere daily. We went to the hear the Prague Symplhone Orchestra perform in the Smetana Concert Hall located in the Municipal House. They were excellent and the acoutics were quite good; however the seats were fairly uncomforable. We ate at the restaurant attacked to the Hall and had a lovely dinner and they got us out on time to hear the concert.

If location is important Hotel was located only a block from the train station so there was no need to take a taxi. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the Stare Mesto, so it is very convienent. There are two parts to the hotel, the old and the newer. We had requested to stay in the old part, but were placed in the contemporary section. The room was more than adequate, but certainly not spacious. Breakfast was not included in the price although they had a nice (but expensive) buffet. Everyone spoke a little English, and all were very helpful. They had a nice lounge, but we didn’t eat at their restaurant. We didn’t check out the spa, pool, excercise room, etc. either.
