We was well received, unfortunatlly the boiler/hot water was demaged! we can´t to use the bath room and take shower on the last day. But the treatment from hotel managers was good! Clean and good place to stay.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is located about 10mins from the Metro station, 5mins from the tram stations and a nice 20min from the Old Town Square. The hotel is situated near the oldest restaurant in Prague (needs booking for dinner). Rooms are spacious and has facilities for a family that's what service apartments are. Broadband speed is good and offered unlimited as part of the price. I have stayed in many other hotels in Prague and this is one of the best value for money service apartments.

The room was very clean and well equiped, including shower, separate toilett, TV, air-conditioner, kichen and a fridge with a freezer, but no oven. Very close (1 min walk) to the nice beer restaurant, U Fuleku. Also close (5 min walk) to the supermarket, TESCO. This is an apartment hotel, so having a supermarket within walking distance is really good. I think this hotel is suitable for those who stay in Prague for a long period and cook by themselves. Although they serve self-service breakfast, it is just breads (you have to toast for yourself), croissant (packed ones), yogurt, fruits, juice, and coffee (coffee machine). And breakfast time starts at 8:00. This is rather late if you want to leave early. Breakfast room is in the basement, and of cause, it is not optimal for a fresh morning...

Great place! Near the metro station and close to the city center, the staff is nice and helpfull. I stayed there for 4 nights. I will recommend it to all my friends. Great for families too.

Highly recommended. Great apartment with full fridge/freezer, free internet (with laptop).Staff were most helpful even offered me medicine for my cold! Quiet but very close to major buses and train station. Good shops and eating places nearby.

The staff are very welcoming & helpfull, the accomodation was very clean & comfortable& handy for city centre, a great start to a great weekend in a wonderfull city

The front staff at this residence were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very large and comfortable - one of the nicest on our tour of Europe!
