The staff was very friendly. There was a safe in the room, but You never had the doubt, that the staff take anything! I was corresponding with The Reception, before arrival, and booked there transport service from the Airport and return! All very well. Nothing negative at all! Will recommend this hotel to friends!

I have stayed here in August 2005. The Hotel is only 3 stops via tram to the Wenceslao Square and from there you can walk to the Old town square, the National Museum, Charles Bridge and the Palace. The breakfast was excellent and rooms are clean and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a Thai massage place a few doors down which offers excellent massage for a decent price. Just what I need after a long walk at the city.

I stayed there for 1 week in September 2006 and thought it was an absolute dump. For a 3 star accommodation in single room was very basic and very expensive for what I got. The buffet breakfast was OK nothing to write home about.

Was there 12/28/01-1/7/02. Very friendly staff and very hepful. They made my stay on Praha relaxing and comfortable.Good place to walk from and near many intersting places. I am looking forward to staying there again in the near future.
