Pretty good Overall this hotel was good. The location is great. There isn’t airconditioning (but room was cool) and it is a bit older. Most of the staff are friendly with an exception of one (dark brwon/black hair, brown eyes, slender, 5’8 - don’t know his name). He was at the desk when we arrived and he just didn’t have the hotel happy "Welcome to Prague." We thought the hotel was crap at first becuase of him, but the next morning another gentleman was on duty and he was super friendly. The breakfast we had included was delicious! Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Good location and a good price for Prague.

The Hotel is quiet, however it's in the middle of the touristic attractions (Charles bridge etc.)The receptionist in the night was really helpful and friendly. The cashier made the bill on private address, however the billing address was exactly written on the reservation

I would certainly stay here again. Take care when choosing bars and restaurants. Prices vary considerably, which I found surprising. Friends had said that drinking and eating out in Prague was cheap, but they did visit a few years ago.

Very nicely modernised hotel. There were small guide books in every room with two excellent walks outlined. Four days was not long enough to see all we wanted.

We took Tram 12 a lot.

Great Location- Homely Comfort Wonderful Wine Bar called Monarch - unusal here in PragUe because it famed for its Pilsner Lager - the road is called - Prestyne (its not too far from the restaurant above). Super choice of wines on offer by the glass or bottle - wonderful "tapas" on offer. Really nice friendly waiting staff - highly recommended for you wine buffs - they also have a wine shop within the bar for you to buy and take away.
