Hotel OPERA is a family-owned hotel which can be found in the center of Prague, in the area known as New Town (hotel is about a 20-minute walk from both the Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square). The hotel itself is located in an historic, seven-storey Neorenaissance building which was built in 1890. It was thereafter reconstructed in 1935-38 and in 1994-97. The hotel has 67 four-star rooms, including two suites and six deluxe rooms. Each room has satelite TV, a radio, direct dial telephone and internet access, a minibar, a room safe as well as air-condition. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel that serves traditional Czech dishes such as Svícková na smetane as well as international specialties in a pleasant environment. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a separate bar, which enables our guests to sample the Czech Republic`s world famous beer and other local drinks such as Becherovka after a full day of sightseeing. Other hotel amenities include room, concierge, business and valet parking services, a dry sauna and fitness room and private meeting rooms available for business and social functions. If our guests do not feel like driving in Prague, the subway station, Florenc, is located approximately 100 meters from the hotel.
