+Good staff, willing to help. One of the staff guys could speak English - great advantage at Czech north, in which staff usually speak German, but not Enlish. Good apartment equipped with all the stuff one may need for living there. -Heating was terminated during the night for a long period. Bed wasn't very comfortable

+Very good value and excellent, freindly staff. -Beds very not very comfortable. Curtains were thin and didn't fully cover the windows.

+The room was warm and cosy and the food served was of a good variety. handy that the bus from Prague stops opposite the hotel for those, like us, without a car.The pool, sauna and massage facilities are excellent. although it should be stated on adverts that these facilities are extra and not included in cost of rooms. -Although English is supposed to be spoken there, German was the main language, although the waiters were helpful and spoke enough English to be able to help us.

+The apartments are fantastic! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The location is perfect the enjoy all that Harrachov has to offer! -The only negative point is that you must make an appointment to use the swimming pool and wellness center. This is not always convenient, but the facility is nice.
