A wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of the old town, BUT it feels that they do not keep their quotes. We were over charged from the original quoted priced. Be very careful when book with them.

+Nice hotel, good service, cleaned rooms

+Near shopping streets -The room and batfroom was too small.The bed not good . We did not get a room in mainbuildig although we booked it Bedlinen was not changed each day,and same price for hotel room each day.No possibility for looking out the window ( window was coloured ).

+Comfer, friendliness and the general intimacy of the hotel.Very individual -selectiobn of t.v.

+Proximity of old town, nice design, and very nice vine cellar nearby.I was there 2 months ago, it why I came back

+In particular I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, and the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convienient. -It would have been helpful if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

+They upgraded us to a suite of rooms-totally gorgeous with wonderful paintings and furniture. Breakfast was very, very good. -Only the failure to signpost where the arriving client is supposed to go-a sign out at the start of the pedestrian zone would certainly be an improvement.

+We especially liked the decor. We knew from the pictures on the website it would be nice but it was very beautiful. We only stayed for one night but we felt like we didn't want to leave our room. We stayed in room 302 and it was very spacious and just so cozy! The bathroom was also very nice and had enough space and was clean. We also very much appreciated that there were some English speaking channels available which made a nice change in our stay in Czech Republic.
