Ho Chi Minh City Hotels

There is an extremely good selection of Ho Chi Minh City hotels. As with most countries in Southeast Asia, the availability of budget and hostel accommodation is excellent. It's possible to stay in perfectly pleasant and clean rooms for just a few dollars a night. Most of the budget and mid-range accommodation is located around the Ben Tanh market, and the Pham Ngu Lao district. Luxury hotels in Ho Chi Minh City also abound. A number of glorious colonial hotels still stand, the most famous of which is the Continental Hotel, the setting of Graham Greene's book The Quiet American. As well as the old world hotels, many new international chains have opened, such as the Sheraton, Sofitel and Park Hyatt.
