The hotel management bases every on making more money so the quality of the service, food, and room sefvice is poor. You can stay at way better hotels for this price. In short, this hotel doesn't deserve its 5-star title so stay away from this hotel!

this hotel is good for families, becouse of the group entertainments you can do there. It has a nice Aqua Park that everybody can enjoy there. the rooms are clean and the staffs are polite. But you should pay there for every drink except water. Also drinks in this hotel is very expensive. It has private beach but it is not sandy. Overall I enjoyed 4 days staying there.

beautiful. I was disappointed that it didn't have as much of the "character" of some of the cheaper places in the city center-- but beautiful luxurious and relaxing.

Tatty rooms, poor (rude) service, only buffet food (some of which was good), extra charges, nice view (the same as all the other hotels on the coast), no 'beach', set up for large tour groups not individuals
