Ozkaymak Falez Hotel Antalya

Myslef, my wife and two friends arrived for a long weekend at the Falez on 8th August at 6.30am after a long flight from the Glasgow. Obviously we were not expecting a room to be waiting for us at this time and proceeded to check-in where were advised by quite a friendly clerk our rooms should be available at 11.00 am. We went down to the pool to try and get some much needed sleep until 11.00 and then returned to reception to be informed that our rooms would not be ready until 2.00pm. The staff behind reception had changed - for the worst. After stating we had just been awake since the morning of the 7th we received the comment “So this is not our problem and your room is not ready” by an extremely rude receptionist.

So this is not our problem and your room is not ready by an extremely rude receptionist. We then decided to sit next to reception for the next 3hrs where we heard numerous people in arguments with the reception staff. We returned to the reception desk and unfortunately got the assistant manager as the desk clerk who informed us we did not have a room in the hotel and just steered blankly at us. The rooms were small but we were glad of them so we just put up with them for the 4 days we were there. I have never stayed in such a rude hotel in my life and how it got a 5 star rating is beyond belief. We were in Antalya for a family wedding, which was hosted in the neighboring Sheraton Hotel, which was definitely a 5 star hotel. We were only there on a bed and breakfast basis and thank God for that as the breakfast we just about edible. Watch out for the hungry hoards of rude guests also.

very old I call the hotel by phon after I made the reservation to make sure about it, and ask them to keep the two rooms connected rooms and sea view. what we found: 1- not connected. 2- there is no safty box in the rooms. 3- there is no sea view. 4- the glasses when I order it was derty. 5- the hotel is very old. 6- the pic which I sow in the hotels web site was diffrent than the real. 7- when I ask them to cancel the left night, they said no you have to cancel it from your aigent !!

I recently spent a week at Falez and I loved it! The service is not only 1 class, but also kind and friendly.

For those who like the sea,sunshine,and a nice holiday! The rooms are clean with an endless seaview...a secure private beach with a great service...enjoy the dinner in a beautiful surrounding...
