The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the old town and close to shops, resturants and the harbour. I was informed that this was a 4 star hotel when I made my booking, which is why I was disappointed. The rooms were small and cramped and ther was very little space to store clothes and cases. The bathroom only had a shower and it was dirty. I realise that I was visiting a little out of season, but the pool area was disgusting and there were very limited facilities and nothing to do. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people with mobility problems as there is no lift and the general area involves a lot of difficult walking up and down steep, potholed and uneven roads. The staff are very helpful, but knowledge of the english language is limited. The only meal served at the hotel was breakfast, but plenty of local restaurants were available for other meal times.

This hotel will ruin your holiday. I booked a deluxe double room with my girlfriend. The room was so small that we did not have enough space to put our luggages!!! We complained and told the staff that that room could not be a Deluxe double room!!. They gave us another room but they charged us 200 euros on top of what we paid already! Food is a joke! One evening we had a handful of rice to share between the 2 of us!!! Water will be served to you and if you have a full inclusive holiday....they will charge you for the water as food is inclusive but....not the water. Our toilet was faulty, the air conditioning did not work for half of our holiday, staff is rude.....overall a nightmare. The swimming pool is ridiculous and the water dirty....I strongly advice you to look for an alternative accommodation. I am extremely surprised about previous positive reviews.....It sounds a bit suspicious some people were happy with this place.

myself and my partner stayed for a week in this so called 4* self-rated hotel, at best it was 3*. best things about it were being small not crowded place, well located in beautiful old town, and nice swimming pool and outdoor areas. rooms and inside hotel generally not as grand as their website makes out to be. worst aspect.... bad on cleaning. we, and other guests we spoke to, found the lack of good service really let the place down. we all had to repeatedly ask for our room to be cleaned, done once in week only, had to repeatedly ask for clean towels and toilet roll. when we did ask, made to feel like we were troublesome. nice building and location, but no way as luxurious as website said, would not stay here again.

Stayed at Argos as part of packaged tour. 3 star hotel has a great location in the heart of old Antalya close to the harbour. Hotel has small patio area with a pool in the back. It's between buildings, so the sun is not shining there at all times. Rooms are small but clean. People were friendly, but English was limited.
