Situated on the beach, very well kept gardens, 2 good pools. The staff are friendly and the service is good. We would like to return again. A bus runs to Chaweng from the hotel. Otherwise its about a 6 minute walk to the main road.

I booked into this hotel on a spur of the moment decision, as i was with a group of 5 holiday makers, and 2 were staying here (the 2 i knew best), 3 elsewhere. I hadn't planned to spend this much money, but the hotel looked spectacular, and the welcome and introduction they received from the front desk staff was amazing.

We arrived with a reception of cold towles and complementry drinks. Our two children 2 and 4 we extreemly well looked after by all the staff. Both pools and the grounds were well kept and it only took 2 mins to get to an empty beach by walking through the complex. It is not posible to walk in to the town but there is a close main road that can be accessed easley. Some good local trips and boat rides can be aranged at the hotel, and they run an hourly shuttle to the town which is free. over all very nice, a little quiet, but that is why we chose it with two small kids. lots of things to do localy so that was no problem. would recomend it for a quiet, clean stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer

We stayes 3 nights and liked it very much, wish we could stay longer. We enjoied the beautifull garden, swimming pool and the delicous food. Do to havy wind the water was agitated and not clear to snorcel. Instead i enjoyed Hoby-cat sailing. The hotel is far away from everything but you can take the free shutle bus to Cheweng if you like to shop and night life. For quiet people it's the ideal spot, with typical swiss quality.

Just got back from Thailand and wanted to give our review on paradise beach hotel. The service was great with the staff, apart from a few wrong food/drink orders at the pool bar as the person serving us thought he could remember the order without a pen and paper, so be warned. Overall - it's a perfect place for children/seniors as everyone seems to be in bed by 11pm. There is nothing happened at the pool side bar or even on the beach after 11pm which was kind of boring. We had to keep ourselves busy at chawang.

Really uncertain about going to Paradise Beach but were so very pleased and relieved on our arrival. Can't fault them on anything. We think we were lucky enough to get a recently refurbished room, lovely bedding with orchids everywhere!Fab!Staff were excellent, offerred an extra bed without having to ask, personally shown around the room by check-in staff.Restaurant in a beautiful setting ,overlooking the beach, fanatastic breakfast with plenty of choice for veggies.Bottles of complimentary water in the room were most welcome. The hotel is set in lovely grounds, the beach is peaceful.Shuttle bus into Chaweng is a huge bonus.Food(snacks and meals)were delicious, recommend the tuna fajitas and the papaya salad!Very peaceful but the hotel does put on plenty of evening entertainment should you want it,no pressure to attend.Wish we had gone for longer.Excellent!"
