This hotel is situated approx 3klms from the hustle & Bustle of Chaweng. Approx 50baht per person by jeep cab. The hotel is located on a very steep incline above a cliff. First impressions are Just Beautiful! Beautiful but...NOT for the Disabled, elderly or Unfit. This is a real shame as it really is the only problem that needs to be addressed. It is perched high above a cliff overlooking the ocean. First impressions were natural at peace with nature a stunning swimming pool,(there are 2...BOTH GORGEOUS). We were a little dissappointed at the size of the bungalow it was not suitable for us as a couple with a baby the climb up the stairs was a real test to fit ness. The bungalows are a small in size but are beautifully kept and decorated. Suitable only for 2 people because of size. You get a good workout climbing the stairs. Definitely not for the weak! When making our booking we requested a baby cot and also a room for 3 single beds. This was not possible in a bungalow because of the size...HOWEVER the MANAGEMENT were very helfull when my husband told them that I have had back surgery and they quickly rectified the problem by moving my family and sons into ground villas which were much bigger and very lovely, they also provided us with a beautiful baby cot. If requesting a triple room, be aware that you will get 2 Prince size beds and a portable. This also goes for a Queen bed. We put the beds together and made a King size one...NO Problem. The hotel does do its best to improve the circumstances regarding the steep incline for those who just cant walk...They provide a Golf buggy/cart to pickup and take you to your room, it can only accomadate 3 persons at a time and is NOT available at night. This makes it a problem for those who arent able to walk the high incline on the way up to the main entrance. However if you are fit enough it makes for a relaxing slow stroll with a little bit of effort thrown in! The Architecture is beautifully blended into the surrounds. It is a very peaceful place to stay and the location is superb for those on Honeymoon or who want just a peaceful relaxing holiday. A free shuttle in to Chaweng is available if organised through the front desk...give plenty of notice to avoid missing out. The Staff at the hotel are extremely pleasent and do not disturb you. Breakfast is designed to suit eveyones appetite. The Spa with its Ocean view is second to none and would easily compete with any other 5 star resort. The whole place is built to blend with natures beauty which surrounds it. At night the trees light up with tiny budlights and lanterns. The SPA deck overlooks the ocean and the Moonlight on the water as well as the beautiful sunset makes this a perfect place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and just purely RELAX!...We LOVED IT. If ever we return to ko Samui we would be definitely staying there. We took the opportunity to look at budget accomadation along Chaweng but for quality, size and amenities this place has to offer its well worth paying for at a Budget Price! is well worth th

Very quiet resort mid way between Chaweng & Lamai. The resort is built on a steep hill overlooking the sea and whilst there are golf cars you can call for a lift, it is a VERY steep climb to reception. Breakfast was average but the views from the deluxe bungalows was fantastic.

All Review Photos The resort itself is beautiful, however we found that the location of this resort was a bit difficult to get to the main cities. We were in the middle of Lamai and Chewang. Taxis/red taxis normally charged us extra getting home...

This hotel is sadly lacking in repair. The wooden steps were badly rotten in places and considered dangereous. The catering staff seemed lacking in peronal attention(with the exception of James. This hotel has the potential of being a great one,it just needs some TLC on it and some better staff training.

The hotel has a really nice ambiance. The place is very quiet. Ideal for relaxing. Very nice view of the sea. The only thing that I didn't like is you have to drive for 10 to 15 minutes if you want to go to the beach.

Beware of the steep hills to get from your room to reception. Not four star, probably 3. A little bit isolated but easy to get to and from. The beach is non existant unless you feel like climbing over huge boulders and diving off rocks into open sea. Ok if your fit and a good swimmer but no good for kids or weak swimmers. There are 2 small pools , too small for swimming. First complaint, it was disappointing

The hill is hart to go up by foot. But you can call the reception and they send you a golfcar for pickup. This service is free of charge.

Very good. There's wireless internet in the room. Good service. And you can rent a bike there at the hotel for 300baht for auto bike.

The service is really bad. My phone was broken and I have to walk 10mins to ask people for help. And the hotel is far from the town.
