Nice hotel with helpful an friendly staff!

We were very pleased about this hotel.The location was brilliant for the night life particularly and room was nice and modern and all the staff were very friendly.The start of our holiday could have not been much better :)

Every things are as fine and good as when they were soft opening, however, the shower is still not strong enough. Hope they could improve it.

very nice rooms, good location, friendly staff & service. Only problem is to FIND it, but at the end the location is pretty good as well. I'll definitely go back.

The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. We were greeted with drinks and there was a plate of fresh friuts waiting for us in the room. very close to two skytrain stations and the night market is also close by.

We stayed in this hotel during our 17 days honeymoon in Thailand.We stayed in 6 different hotels.This hotel was great.The best were the staffs and receptionist.they are so sweet!and they always try to help you with everything!they have everyday free snack and drinks in the afternoon for free,and there is a lot of staffs there even a manager of the hotel and they always try to talk to you, recommnend you what to see in bangkok, also they recomend us a nice restaurants.they always smile.great!the hotel is new,so its decorated in fancy style.it has also a nice pool.the room was huge with kitchen and balcony. the location is also great you can walk to patpong market,you can also walk to the streets with many restaurants..everybody write here that there is a problem for taxidrivers to find this hotel.we didnt have problem because hotel provide in each room small card where is described in thai where the hotel is located and also the old name of this hotel.so we always showed this card to the tuk tuk drivers and they took us directly to our hotel from everywhere. the breakfast was good also. we felt very comfortable in this hotel.

I have a wonderful stay during the high season of dec 26 to dec 29 .The 1 st impression of the hotel is within expectation for the value . but their service and the hospitality of the staff is really worth for the staying . I even rec a surprise birthday cake that offer from the hotel when I was back to the hotel late in the evening on my birthday . They have 2 receptionists bring the cake to my room and sing the birthday song for me . This is really thoughful and warm feeling for their delicacy . Breakfast is good in quality . swimming pool is a bit small in the size but good is not busy. But the only critic i will bring up is the shower is really weak in the water pressure and the temperature of the hot water is unstable with the shower . becare of gettinga cold !!

it is very good hotel except the hot water.

Good location and clean. The breakfast is bit bore, not change for the entire stay of 5 days.

Nice hotel and good staff see mi again!
