We were only there for one night but found it very comfortable. Televisions had no remote controls in the bedrooms and did not seem to be tuned to many english speaking entertainment channels.

Only stayed here as it was close to the airport before we headed off elsewhere. Was OK for the money paid.

I had a hard time finding the entrance to the facility as its down a small alley and then had a problem finding the lobby as its hidden. The next day a taxi driver also had a hard time finding the facility. The desk clerk tried to get me to pay for the reservation that I had already prepaid. Then wanted me to sign a credit card slip for potential damages I might cause for over 6,000 baht which is almost $200 but I refused and after a short argument she gave me a room key. I had to park on the 10 floor of the garage and then had to walk down 1 flight and take a elevator to the ground floor and then walk to the other side of the building to take another elevator to my room. The breakfast buffett was small but adequate. There were 3 TV but with few channels to pick from. Didn't have a decent news channel such as FOX news and no movie channels. Had to watch a Thai soap show in Thai. Probably a good place to live for a long term rental but nor designed for a casual traveler.

Breakfast was not supplied although it was paid for. Facilities were not explained, it was seek and find.Room was large, comfortable and clean. No restaurant in complexe and only two low quality establishments in walking distance

The staff is rude. Communicating in English is a problem. The kitchen/dining area/restaurant has stray cats and dogs walking in and out.Lots of mosquitoes/insects in the rooms,buildings,restaurant and everywhere around.If you have booked57USD/night, they'll charge 57x34,whereas the exchange rate is 31BHT!They will not exchange 34k BHT for 1k USD though.All settlement is in BHT only.They charge 2% and 5%extra if you pay by Mastercard/Visa and Amex respectively!!All restaurant expenses can be paid cash only in Thai currency.Must avoid staying here at any cost.
