A boutique hotel ideally situated in the heart of Bangkok, next to the thriving Silom business and entertainment centre. Here, efficient Swiss management blends with the charm of Thai hospitality. Outside noise is firmly suppressed by foam filled aluminum-framed windows with laminated reflective glass panes. Opening frames are double-sealed on multi-linked hinges with secure latches. Gas-filled double-glazing is used in exposed areas.Inside, centralized chillers feed via run-silent valves to oversized fan coils and vents for silence. Exhaust air extraction from the marbled bathrooms discretely purge into negative pressure riser shafts, replacing the room air at least 2 ½ times per hour. Fresh air is fed through the ceiling from the corridors and boosted by the fan coil. Rooms are thus odor-free. Furthermore, thick wall-to-wall carpeting with underlay covers the post-tensioned concrete floors. Walls were built with unique high-density sound deadening bricks. Start the day with fresh bircher-muesli served at the breakfast buffet. Cheese fondue, raclette, and veal emincee with rosti; Bourguignome fondues include Australian beef and salmon, New Zealand lamb, pork and shrimp along with a unique Swiss chocolate fondue. Experience a menu rich in salads, soups and pastas expertly prepared by our Executive Chef. Cozy and comfortable, the Cafe Swiss is just a short walk away from the busy Silom Road business district.

Due to it's convenient location, we've stayed in the Swiss Lodge a few times and have always enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and keen to help. On check-in, you'll receive a welcome drink and a cold towel and there is a fruit basket in the room. The bathroom is small, but clean and with decent water pressure in the shower. But, the very best thing about the room is the bed: huge and comfy, a real treat after travelling through Asia. The pool and sun terrace are small, but never very busy - enough to refresh from the heat of the city (towels are provided).

I definitely recommend Swiss Lodge to anyone considering staying in the Silom district in Bangkok. Just a hop, skip and jump from the main drag, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Stay here all the time because of the great location. Easy to get anywhere in Bangkok and the restaurant in the area are many and good. The hotel service is what you'd expect from a true boutique hotel - unpretentious and friendly but very efficient

I have stayed several times now at Swiss Lodge, both as a single and with family. Very reliable, very friendly and helpful and good value. My repeated use witnesses my endorsement.

we finished our visit to Thailand and the swiss lodge, what a great place, everthing is clean and the survice is great. breakfast was excellant and the location of the hotel makes it very recomended - about 5 min from the sky train

Nice hotel, good location very close to Skytrain and shops. Reasonable breakfast, larger room than at more expensive hotel! Would definitely stay here again. Just one negative point - did not appreciate getting charged 117 baht for a glass we accidentally broke - not good customer service! Apart from that, excellent.
