First class value for money.

I got more than I paid for. Room was big, well maintained and properly equiped, staff were polite and helpful. Security was good and location was close to centre of silom. Will stay again when next time visit Bangkok.

this place is UNDER CONSTRUCTION, they always do something and instead of having leisure time, I have to see and listen to these construction site at all time!!!!!!!!!!

Housekeeping service has to improved as I encountered a situation where I asked for bath foam and shampoo but it took more than half-an-hour to arrive after I called again to chase after. In addition, when I called up again, your staff told me that the housekeeping was already closed but he'll try to deliver to me. To a guest, it should be transparent and not commenting that housekeeping was closed. Hope you could review your internal process again. Thanks.

Just perfect for business or leisure excellent rooms service and facilities no real negatives to this hotel or any other Somerset property so full marks will definately stay again thanks

New management squeezing every dollar of the customer. New Singaporien style of making business- sign a contract and piss off.

I recommend this hotel because it is a very nice and clean place to stay for not alot of money! It is very close to most embassies. swimming pool was closed for maintenance when i was there. I will stay again in this hotel if i need to go to the Belgian embassy again.

Generally very good value for this hotel. Excellent service and safety. However, they need to look into the temperature control of the shower...too sensitive that you cannot control it. Either too hot or cold.
