Small boutique hotel, excellent loacation but quiet, friendly staff, fair value for money.

Nice and quiet service appartment but a little far from main road.

Room condition and facilitaies were so good, but the location is not good for me.

Overall their services was good and very helpful in any inquiry. only the water pressure was too slow at the upper floor. I was check in at the 21/ fl. last time. I will come again anyway, but i will prefer at the middle level.

We were staying at Tower A studio apartment for the first night and the room is nice with modern decor, spacious and fully equip, just like home. Friends were joining us the second night so we moved to Tower B for 2 bed room apartment. Rooms in this tower seem a bit old but I think they will upgrade it since the renovation is in progress. The location isn't ideal if compare to those hotel located at world trade area but the hotel Tuk Tuk service can solve the problem, as the driver can drop you at the Asoke BTS station (walking distance - less than 10mins), Emporium shopping center and Carrefour supermarket. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful...

A great place to stay for a reasonable price if you do not mind a 15 minute walk to the nearest sky train station (Asok). Somerset Lakepoint is located amongst other luxury Bangkok apartments and is about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center. Although it may be rather inaccessible by foot, taxis are easy to find and the hotel provides a free tuk-tuk service down Soi 16. Service staff are also very friendly and speak good English, and housekeeping does an excellent job each day tidying our apartment. For nightlife lovers, do not expect to find supper around the area after 10.30pm (last order at the hotel's restaurant, Cool Chilli, is at 10.30pm). However, a fantastic find is the restaurant Balee Laos (across the road from the hotel, a 2 minute walk) which closes later. In the day, there are food stalls along Soi 16 and Food Land Supermarket down the road opens 24/7. On the whole, a pleasant place to reside at, if you spend more than just a weekend in Bangkok.

Third stay in Somerset Lake Point (13 nights) and not the last one for sure ! Staff, specially in Cool Chilli and for breakfast are very professional. I was in towel A, in a new room, just refreshed; nice one except maybe the bathroom ( just the style I do not like), but it is my own felling. Location is, for me, perfect. Be back soon !!

Good value for money but building work is going on in the appts themselves and a big project next to Tower A. Ask for accom in Tower B if possible! Bit of a walk to station if have children but good free tuk tuk service. Staff very helpful.

Lovely hotel, we were upgraded on arrival and i enjoyed the whole experience. Nice rooms, good gym, good breakfast and friendly staff.
