Silver Gold Garden Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel Bangkok

I like the free bananas at the lobby and the hotel was very, very clean but the bed was hard and my husband had a backache from it. Also, three things they wrote on their website are not true: (1) their van was nowhere to be found at the airport. They did not answer our phone call when we called from the airport to ask them to pick us up so we took a cab instead; (2) it wasn't 5 minutes away from the airport. It was about 10 minutes but since the taxi driver didn't know where it was, it took us more time to get there; and lastly (3), internet service was not free as they had written on their website. We paid for an internet card. Oh yes, we thought the transport service to and from the airport was free... well... it is free only until 1 in the afternoon. They charge 100 Baht for every hour after 1pm. Tsk tsk.

The hotel was very nice and clean and close to the airport.Internet in the lobby and u can get a nice but very simple breakfast in the restaurant next door.The only thing was the reception staff which looked like they dont really want to be there and all the time they looked very pissed off,especially the older lady.She really made u feel unwelcome.

This hotel is a good option when you have to be one night in Bangkok waiting for your flight next day. This is close the airport with the free airport included. the Hotel is really clean with firendly staff.

Deceive the photos on the Internet, in reality everything is different, the location very bad, dangerous region, hot rooms, community bathroom, I paid for one night and lost my money, and went immediately to sleep at another hostel. I would not recommend to anyone.

We only stayed one night and selected Silver Gold Garden for its proximity to the airport. Free airport transfer was excellent. Not that much to do in the area, we didn't really have time to explore either though. Staff were very welcoming and helpful after a long flight.

With the closure of te Bangkok airport, we could not get in Thailand.We knew too late that our flight from Belgium was cancelled to cancel the room before 24 hours.. (In Belgium it is 8 hours later ..) I hope we do not have to pay the full room .. Thanks

It"s difficult to have information to go there. thje taxi driver drive me at an other hotel. i have to insist for le good hotel. thanks denis

Perfect to stay at if you have an early flight from Bangkok, close to the airport. If you will stay more than one night, it is better to stay more central in Bangkok, tales a long time to get into the city area.

Close to airport. Rooms were clean and staff friendly.
