Great hotel although location not brilliant, although good link to Sky train. We asked for a triple room, which was essentially a double with an extra bed so quite small for three of us. Breakfast, poo and spa lovely.

Wonderful and Safe hotel! As a 29 year old female traveling alone, I wanted a beautiful and safe place to come back to after my days of touring Bangkok and the Siam City was perfect! The location was great because it was right on the BTS (Bangkok transit system) and the malls and other sites were easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was delicious with everything from made-to-order omelets to Thai curry. The only thing I disliked was the price of internet, so I went to internet cafes every day to keep in touch.

Would go again Great service, comfortable, good amenities, and great location - conveniently close to the SkyTrain. I’d be glad to stay there again.

I have stayed in other hotels less rated and found better facility. I would absolutely not stay here again and had I not prepaid I would have checked out. Furthermore this hotel is not located in the Siam Square area as billed.

Very nice! Do remember NOT to talk to any Thai stranger trying to help you out. They will scam you into taking a ride and being taken to shop after shop in a Tuk Tuk to gain a commission!

Terrible property that has rusty running water. Rude front desk staff! The rating should be dropped. They are 3 star at best!

This is our fourth / fifth stay at this hotel, at first everything was excellent the last twice the standards at this hotel appear to have slipped. The rooms have become old and dated the front counter staff appear to be less than friendly .The plus side for the hotel is that it is ideally located for the sky train and they have TWO excellent Bell Boys, also the chinnese resterant is one of the best we have visited. I feel really let down with the way this hotel has gone on my last two visits and will certainly not be going back again.Instead i will now use the Landmark that is in a better position and having gone and had a look at it is far better value for the money

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was lovely and the service was excellent. The staff were most helpful and nothing was too much for them.I rate this hotel a wonderful place to stay in.The only complaint is the location. It is a little far away from all the action - not suitable if you have trouble walking.I know the Sky Train is on your door step but still not suited for people with walking difficulties apart from that it's a great place.

Very good hotel We stayed here twice, once on arrival and once on departure. Service was arguably friendlier the first time but on both times we were satisfied with the hotel. It has aircon and is clean and professional. Add to this a good concierge, a swimming pool and various restaurants and it was a success.
