Sheraton Sukhumvit was an absolute pleasure to stay at in bustling Bangkok. Facilities and pool were magnificant and the service wonderful. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had and the choice of food was amazing. Sheraton Sukhumvit was like a totally different world when you stepped inside and we would highly reccommend to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Bangkok."

First time stayed at Sheraton Grande with hubby and son. Stayed there for 3 days. Staff was all helpful, friendly and smiling all the way. Like the 'Rama Suite' very much as it has its own lavish outdoor garden, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. Room was so spacious, room was well decorate and cosy. Fruits was topped up everyday during our stay. Just 1 minute walk to Asok Stn and about 7 minutes to MBK, Siam Square by train. Breakfast was marvellous! from contemporary, to western and local. Nevertheless, should provide 'Halal' meat in the menu in future. Our stay there was an enjoyable, memorable and unforgettable one. Will stayed there again in the near future.

This was our second stay at the Sheraton and we were not disappointed. The room and service was excellent, the pool fantastic. Our only slight let down was the disappointing meal we had in Basil.

The Location was excellent as it provided excellent access to the Skytrain and so made it very easy to travel around. However there weren't very many places for dinner in walking distance. The dinner menu in the hotels Italian restaurant was limited. The quality of the Indian menu in the hotel was poor, would not recommend it. The breakfast was fantastic, huge choice and very good food. Had everything you could possibly want, including low fat options-juices, smoothies, low fat milk, etc. ALso there were English, American, Thai, Chinese and Japanese breakfasts, truly international yet catered fully for every taste. The double room was a good size, plenty of space. Would have preferred if the closet area was big enough to fit two suitcases instead of just one. The check out facilities were excellent. We were not leaving Bangkok until midnight. The hotel stored our bags for us and we were able to come back to the hotel at 8/9p.m to use the leisure centre showers and changing facilities to freshen up before our journey. The Changing facilities were lovely, good hairdryers, twoels etc. provided. It is not a new hotel but is very well kept and clean.

Fabulous hotel, this was our second visit and every bit as good as we remembered. It is ideally located with the skytrain just over the bridge. The service is impeccable and cannot be faulted. The hotel is the best we have ever stayed in, would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit for 4 nights. The bathroom soap was not replaced during our stay. I am a Special Preferred Guest (SPG) member but was booked on the non-SPG rooms.
