Breakfast is good, but the resturants at the hotel could not be recomended except of simple meals like the Tom Yong Gong (shrimp soup). The hotel has a nice and free shuttle boat service of about 20 min to the more central part of Bankok and without the usual trafic jam !

I stayed in this hotel back in June of 2004; this is a 3 star hotel and at the time iw as there it was only 29 USD per night. There is a real nice pub next door that plays live music and the food is great. The hotel has a taxi boat that will take you to China Town for shopping and there is also a tour/dinner boat. The staff is awesome and the laundry service is unlike anything you have ever seen.

One hour to get into Bangkok, smelly rooms, terrible service (unless you speak Thai or German) and just in a BAD neighborhood. On the up, it is close to the water ferry and it is the fastest way to get to the city (about 45-55 minutes). TRUST me, do NOT stay here!!

This hotel was very nice. It had wireless internet access and a ground floor restaurant that was open 24/hrs. This made it especially convenient for me when I came into Bangkok at 11 at night.
