I was at first unsure of the hotel's quality because an upgraded room was only about $30.00 US. I upgraded to a suite for only $49.00 US and was very pleased with the extras that came with the upgrade. The food and staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet and just a few feet away from a very large shopping center. The pool and spa with the added personal service only available in Thailand made my stay memorable. There is so much to do and see in Bangkok that I would consider another hotel but will highly recommen the Princess.

We stayed at the Dusit Princess Srinakarin for 1 night. After a long flight from the U.S., the hotel is very closed to the airport which is nice, easy to get to and fast by taxi (inexpensive also). Check in was polite and fast. The room is very clean and the bed comfortable. Morning breakfast buffet nice and more than adequate. The next morning we had to catch a demestic flight from the same International Airport so it was again convenient and close by to get to the airport. What was most impressive was we left our alarm clock in the hotel room by accident. The hotel staff called the taxi driver on his cell phone to tell us we left the clock there. We asked the taxi driver to turn around back to the hotel so we could retrieve the alarm clock. The staff (2 of them) waited outside the hotel driveway to hand us the alarm clock. We are sooooo impressed by their service. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a nice, clean, near-the-airport hotel to stay, and for sure you will get very reliable service.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and service! Good place if you want to be close to the airport but not willing to pay top dollars at the airport hotel! The whole staff was excellent, I had a canceled flight, they helped me to take care of rebooking it, did not charge me for all the local phone calls I had to make! As I had to stay there one more night, they did not take advantage of me, gave me the cheaper internet rate, even brought breakfast to me room without charge because of very early morning departure. What a wonderful place, everything was done the "Thai way", smiling and with lots of hospitality!

we stayed here for one night before our departure from thailand, since it's closer to the airport than any other hotels in the city. The hotel's location is much better than the other Novotel in Bangna, since it's located right next to Seacon Square, which is a really large shopping mall! The mall is a nice place for last minute shopping, and also many restaurants are available. We originally booked a standard room but the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite room which is super large! The breafast is fantastic as it provided many choices of food. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the welcome drink is perfect! One minor complain is that the sound proof of the room is not that good, you could simply hear other people's voice outside the room and also when people are showering. Other than that, the hotel is a perfect choice for those who wish to get to the airport on time and also want to do a last minute quick shopping.

The Dusit Princess was the perfect holiday for me. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. I loved the breakfast buffet--great food, selections and friendly staff. I also felt the cleaning staff, the front desk staff was very helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would love to visit again!

The hotel was perfect for us for a night in transit to Europe. It is relatively close to the airport, has a relaxing outdoor pool and wonderful buffet food. The service and politeness was exceptional. We are sorry we did not stop again on our way back to Sydney.
