I stayed there for a seminar. The service was great, location was great, but the hotel was a little "tired." But it was nothing to really complain about.

A very good hotel - well-situated, friendly, clean, well-maintained. Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, if a little old-fashioned. The hotel deserves more than its 3* rating. I recommend it.

Probably the worst run hotel I've stayed in during my many trips to Bangkok. Briefly, the pool was horrible, the staff - menacing, there were roaches in the breakfast buffet area, and the rooms were badly in need of maintenance...

I got a discount voucher from a travel agent in Pattaya = double room with breakfast incl. for only B1,100/night. For that price it is good value especially if you enjoy the Patpong nighlife as it's located right on the notorious night club scene....

We stayed here for three nights. The facilities such as the gym closes at 6 PM. I found that very disappointing. The SPA also closed early as 8PM. The location of the hotel is not the best, you have to walk about 5 minutes to the Skytrain and by night you have to walk through the market to get to your hotel. The staff downstairs wore generally helpful.

Good location and very pleasent staff. Junior Suite was nice but not really modern. Bathroom was quite small compared to bed room size... Breakfast is average but staff is really great.

This hotel is outdated. It still has its old Thai charm decor but the amenities and rooms needs work. I arrived and they gave me a room that's adjacent to the poolside which had a sliding door that was accessible to everyone walking by at night which kept me up the first night and the noise gave me the creeps. I felt very unsecured because the sliding door was next to my bed post, they gave me another room but as soon as I stepped in the smell of DINGY SMOKE and cigarettes were still very thick in the air. The hotel also had electrical problems, the lights would flicker on and off every time and you can hear the water flushing when the next room uses it and the water heater had problems of maintaining your desired level of temperature hot and cold seem to always switch. The staff are very friendly and courteous to me. I think that is the ONLY PLUS going for this hotel for the rates that its charging I expected more. I met wonderful people, I love Thailand and I will always visit this place and I hope for the sake of this hotel they will work on their electrical and plumbing.
