It was good value for money. The Exec DeLuxe Room was great at a discounted rate. Sports Complex needs overall improvements. Location was good as I was on a business trip and the office is nearby. Not sure if it would be good for tourist attractions. Hotel offered reliable (and free) transport to some shopping locations.

Enjoyed our stay. The pool is lovely. The international buffet in the main restaurant was EXCELLENT. Overall very good value for money.

We had to take a flight from the old airport to Krabi the day after and that is the main reason why we stayed there. The people at the reception desk were not nice, we felt more a number rather than a guest. My husband got food poisoned in the Japanese restaurant of the hotel and the breakfast was awful. Bangkok has much better hotel for same rates and we will not come back to the Rama Gardens.

stayed here for only 1 night .the bed was comfy ,softer than usual than most hotels in thailand.the chinese restaurant has yummy food,the pool was nice.

It was a very comfortable stay. More formal than I might have liked. The only draw back is its distance from the City of Bangkok and the International airport.

I arrived in Bangkok early evening and had an early domestic flight to catch from Don Muang Airport. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and has an excellent range of facilities. The only slightly disappointing thing was the breakfast, which was not up to the standard that I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Very large; impressive hotel with lots of entertainment; recreational facilities. Would definitely stay if not for the location being a bit far from downtown. Overall satisfied.

Arrived very late 1am. Left very early 5am. Front Desk office prepared a take away bag with my breakfast at 5am. Asked me for wakeup call. And all with a big smile. Excellent service, Excellent location to catch a flight early morning in Don Mueng.
