We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in March 2008. It was grand opening at that time, so we have received discount on our stay. The location of this hotel is not in the center of the city, however, you can take the free *Do-Do* to the train station nearby (about 3 blocks away) or take Taxi (which is fairly cheap). The staff in the hotel can speak simply english and were very helpful. We showed them a tour guide of where we wanted to go, and they would offer to call taxi and transfer for us. There is a duty-free mall connected to the hotel as well. The hotels are very clean, neat and big. I gotta say i was pretty in love with the "bathroom". Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again and again when the next time we go to bangkok

A brand new hotel which isn't quite fully open yet so not all facilities were available but otherwise superb.
