following my experience with carnation suite booking this was more pleasant

Great value for money. Would not fault anything about the hotel other than the location which is a long way down Suk. 24. If you like the Sukumwit area and don't mind a walk (1km) or a ride on the back of a motorcycle taxi (20 baht) then I wouldn't look any further than Presidents Park.

I found the hotel facilities to be excellent and the staff most helpful. I will certainly consider revisiting this hotel on my next visit. Although the hotel is a good distance from the main shopping area of Sukhumvit Road the abundance of inexpensive taxi's and the quietness of the location make President Park an excellent choice.

The fitness centre is excellent - well equiped. But the room rate is quite high.

Hotel offers very good value. The quality of the furnishings and breakfast are very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet access was fast, but you need to ask for the network cable, login and password at check-in if it is part of your rate. Television receives full set of cable channels and air conditioning and shower worked well. Easy access to restaurants and food stores. Only issue is location. Hotel is 1.5km from Sukhumvit and the BTS train. Taxis are readily available, so not critical, but if you like to walk, Soi 24 has many contruction sites that result in you going into the road to walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel presented in the internet as usually looks better then in real. But... price fits facilities. Very nice staff needs some language (English) training. If I will travel to Bangkok again most probably I will stay there. Peter

Everything was of very high qaulity, excellent room layout, great bathroom! I really enjoy the fitness center being so close, It was an excellent facility.
