Plaza Hotel

The hotel is a bit old but generally still clean. May not suit families and couples as the hotel allows female "guest" to stay over night. Room size is big. Breakfast had limited choices and taste so so. The aircon was too cold and could not be adjusted. The housekeeping and room services was quite chaotic. We stayed for 4 nights but for two days, our morning calls had been moved forwards for more than 30 minutes. Also, we asked for more blankets and acknowledged by both the maid and her female boss but no blankets delivered. We reminded the maid one more time but still in vain and we gave up. To cope with the problem, we wore more clothes when slept but still caught a cold when we checked out. Taking into account the room rates, Plaza is still an above average choice, particularly if the room services could improve further.

While the breakfast was not so good, the rest of my stay at this hotel was great. The staff, especially the receptionists, were friendly and helpful. I will be back. Thank you AsiaRooms and Plaza Hotel!

I had a very pleasant time staying in Plaza Hotel. All the staff were very polite and helpful especially Mr. Nott. It is a pity that they have increased the room rates.

It's good for its value and the location, service and breakfast are very good.

we were not happy with the breakfast. we are vegetarians and therer was nothing but toast,butter,jam,juice and coffee. everywhere else in the world,they give fruits,yoghurt,cheese,different kinds of bread.you should cater to vegetarians also.

Overall satisfied except the front office night manager is a bit stubborn.

Good value for money and reasonable rate. Friendly front desk staff. within 10 minutes of three commuter stations. Airport Bus (AES-01)stops near Hotel cost about Baht 150/person.
