We absolutely love staying at Pathumwan Princess. Great location and lovely staff. From the moment we arrive at the front door we are warmly welcomed and continually greeted by the staff throughout our stay. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout, food is fantastic and cannot fault the hotel in anyway. We would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Bangkok. Mark

This hotel has perfect location if you are into shopping. We were upgrated to a suite and it was very big and comfortable. Room was a bit old but worth every penny. Next time I would like to stay in the renovated rooms, they look really fancy in pictures. They were renovating the upper floors but we didn't here any noise at all. Pool area is very nice and gym is excellent and new. I will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Bangkok!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it met with my expectations. The only downside would be the cost of the spa packages! Excellent full breakfast!!! Friendly staff that take care of all your needs. I recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was on a low floor and had no view which was a little disappointing, but everything else was great. The hotel was a quiet cool oasis after the heat and bustle of Bangkok. Location was great (right next to MBK) and we could not have asked for more helpful staff. Restaurants and room service were both great.

hotel is centrally located near the MBK and the other shopping malls. Very big and nice hotel. Breakfast was the best we had in bangkok.room and service were very good nice staff very helpful.The internet service is very expensive and tourist need this service-hope they will low this service.

Third year in a row we stayed in this Hotel. Great location right next to the big shopping Malls. Also to explore Bangkok. BTS is next door. Service, food and Facilities are just great. We had no complains all these years so we will definately go back again.

The newly refurbished room is modern and well-equipped, I like the use of wood flooring instead of carpet.Impressive bathroom. Good location to shopping centres and BTS stations too. I would suggest to remove the round table in the room or shorten the couches to make the room more spacious as the layout now is slightly cramped. Appreciate and enjoy the great service of all staff. Thank you very much and will defintely stay in this hotel again on my next trip!

fantastic hotel friendliest staff fantastic location great holiday stayed 4 nights only breakfast too expensive for us but plenty of other choices close by loved bangkok would defiantly stay here again
