I use this hotel as it is very convenient for the BTS when shopping, sightseeing etc. It is a budget hotel though. Rooms are spacious, but it all needs a good refurb.

This hotel did not have professional employee. I went out of my room and waited for elevator. Lady who cleans room asked me what is your room#? and she said is not nice too. I told her that I didn't check out yet and then she said ok. I think that lady should not ask clients like that. That is not nice and is not professional services. Most of client will go to check out at counter and then counter would call them to check room to find out that client has something drink or take souvinier or not. This hotel should not have 3 stars. I rate it only 1-2 stars.

Good location in Sukhumvit, handy for trains and entertainment. Not the cleanest of hotels, there was a funny smell and the carpet was awful. But you get what you pay for and it was a cheap old hotel. The staff were friendly.

the hotel had dirty carpets in hallways above the first floor and we were stuck in a lift for 10 mins at one stage. There was water dripping out of light fittings in the restaurant one morning and I do not think that we would choose to stay there again

A relatively small hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. A bit worn, but the location more than makes up for this ás the hotel is two minutes walk from the Sky Train station. Also close to the express way. The breakfast is very basic, though, and could need some 'shining up'. All in all good value for the money"
