convenient hotel.5 mins walk to MRT.can use it to transfer to BTS at asoke BTS station.i got a superior room which is rather roomy.bedroom and bathroom are tidy and clean.not suitable for family,too many nightclubs and such around hotel.so beware.

this hotel is recommended.

the hotel is good in tearms of value, and the most important thing that I liked was the confirm booking which was made by Asiarooms.com

1) More varieties on the breakfast may be considered and 2) there should be an electric kettle provided for each guest room.

My hotel in Bangkok. You could get better with online reservations. Simplify it and make contact verification with E mail easy. This Outlook Express or whatever is from the dinosur age. Regular E mail will do.Get someone who actual know how to do this proffessionally to set up qa simplified system for reservations and payment. Asia rooms does it perfectly why can not you and then there would be no fee to asia rooms.

Good location. Service staff standard has dropped especially the front office. Not very friendly.

It is a good hotel. I almost stay at this hotel everytime when I go Bangkok. Near the MRT station and a wonderful night market. Price and quality are equal.

Good location and value for money! I like the breakfast which is compatible to 5 stars quality. Will definitelly come back to stay in my next trip to Bangkok.

Overall, the stay at Palazzo was quite good. The counter staff were efficient and polite. The only thing which spoilt the stay was when I ordered room service. I ordered a sirloin steak and boiled potatoes at the side. I specifically told the room service staff I did not want french fries. When the meal was delivered, I was given a bill for a fillet steak which was more expensive. I pointed that out to the staff and they promptly changed the bill. Next, I found I was given french fries. When I pointed this out, the staff said he was not aware and did not offer to change to boiled potatoes for me. This exasperated me. I was initially wanting to give some tips, but this experience put me off and I did not proceed to tip the staff.

Hotel needs to improve the ventilation of the room cos the room really smells, very strong cigarette smell. Shower head is low thus need to bend down while showering. The selling point of the room (Top view studio)doesn't quite live up to it's name. It's jus a typical standard room. Very misleading... Breakfast is ok, service is ok, getting around is easy cos train station is only 5 mins walk away. Accessible, overall is ok. I want to thank AsiaRooms, though it's a review of the hotel... AsiaRooms really helps in my queries n very efficient.
