Omni Tower Serviced

Stayed on a number of occasions after arriving in Thailand for a few days prior to travelling elsewhere. Always found the staff friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and bars nearby for all tastes. Close to skytrain (5 - 10 min walk) or use the tuk tuk service provided by hotel to get you to the end of the street. Will certainly use again as it meets all my requirements for a one or two night stay in Bangkok.

good location. maybe due for some modernisation (as for many hotels in Bangkok), but clean and good value for money.

Nice rooms, good location and hopefully can stay again.

Opened the cubbered and was going to use a dish, Some were dirty, and the kitchen towel smelled like last years clean up, The carpet needs to be shampooed Or better Torn, out from the rooms and corridor and replaced, it has a moldy smell, Yap the place stinks

The only thing that need to improve is the air conditioning.

A first class service outstanding in every way for me . I now always stay at the Omni after yrs of learning the hard way. Rooms 1 bed exec lovley and not much more expensive. Location is 5 mins walk from crazy Nana in the calmer part of the street. So its not in the centre if thats what your looking for. Also note if you want entertainment facilitys for the family you can probably find better like the Aramari also a fair walk to the BTS (but worth it for this classy hotel) .

Friendly staff, reasonable command of english;good security features; breakfast a bit disappointing,but plenty of eateries within a short walk;room perfectly adequate,and quiet; a great place for the price,would stay again.

Very good for money

Omni is the worst place to stay. The service is really poor. The room is not suitable for any human to live in. Omni will make charges your credit charge without your authorisation. I booked 5 nights at Omni and checked out immediately after a night of uneventful treatment. The ceiling was dripping water all night, aircondition was not working, called reception with no reply or when they do, there is no one to resolve your issue. Omni has no twin bed so if your travelling with another person. You'll be expected to pay for an extra bed if you do not wish to share bed with them. DO NOT STAY OR BOOK THIS PLACE!!! A VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFY CUSTOMER!!

Great place I am never disapointed. (dollar price is quote at a rate of 37 which increases the pricing a bit)
