    Well, what can I say, good looking on the outside, terrible management on the inside. This hotel really has a lot to say about ACCOR! I arrived late in the evening, only to be welcomed to a dirty room. When you pay high rates, you only expect quality and standard. The staff tried their best to make us comfortable however, what can I say. The management team "needs to go back to school". I really do feel sorry for the staff who worked extremely hard to impress the guests.. but at this hotel you will only find they are backed up by a "dim-witted" general manager. There is no sense of security in this hotel, the feeling we got (and other guests we talked to) was nothing but an "up-tight" and "Unprofessionally " run hotel, that is overpriced! We asked at checkout to one staff member, "Why is this hotel so unorganized?" we got the answer "So sorry sir, madam. This hotel has no organization and direction for staff and HR not support the staff." I’m so sorry that this is the only hotel at Suvarnabhumi Airport. To cut the long story short, you’re better of sleeping on the seats in the airport or taking a cab into downtown (which would cost no more than $8) Just sharing an experience.

    This is a very convenient place to stay for a short stopover, eg to catch another flight the next morning - especially since Bangkok city is an hour's taxi ride away. You have to pay accordingly as it is a five star estabishment, with all the trimmigs. The frquent shuttle bus service from the terminal is most helpful.

    + A very smart place, but with the atmosphere of the airport it is next to. There could be no other reason for staying there. I think they expect everyone there to be on an expense account.

    We showed up here for a few hours shut eye after a long trans pacific flight, before catching a connection to Bhutan the next day. Despite having pre-payed for the rooms, they had given our rooms away. We were too tired to be mad. We ate a "Free" meal at 2a in their pretty decent restaurant and then slept on the couches in the lobby. ugh!

    + very fast check in - Prices are steep once you're there; they even try to charge 800 Baht to watch a film. If you chose not to pay it's BBC World, CNN, ESPN, local channels or read a book. No point looking for a local shop, unless you pop back to the ai

    I have stayed a number of times at this hotel. I find the facilities excellent, and the restaurant prices very reasonable. A liitle more warmth and friendliness from the staff on reception would make a big difference - they always make me feel like a nuisance not a welcome guest. In contrast, the other staff are all very friendly and helpful.

    Overall good hotel I expected that the hotel was accessable directly from the terminal but you have to take a shuttle bus. Although the hotel is only 300 - 400 m away from the terminal, there is no signposted walkway
