Sofa was a little dirty Location was not very convenient as it is on a one way street

I like the style and overall services. Room Service would be a plus. Great staff at the gym! Breakfast lacks option due to space in the restaurant.

This is the second time we stayed at NaturalVille in 2 years and will stay again, no doubt. Great location next to the Sky train station (for the weekend Chatuchak Market), next to malls. This aparthotel concept is great, you feel just like home.The apartments are confortable and nicely furnished. Internet access easy as a click. Doormen and concierge very helpful and friendly. Breakfast at Lenôtre Café is a must with French croissants miles away from Paris! We just had a booking problem, due apparently to the reservation agent, we explained it to reception and they decided first to investigate to know who did the mistake, we were supposed to stay in a tiny room (we booked for a 52sqm apartment), we insisted to get what we paid for directly and after 2 or 3 hours, reception finally agreed and never mentionned this problem again. We strongly recommend this place. "

We realy enjoed our stay in Natural ville the room was so clean and tiddy the staff were so kind and helpfull in every thing the location also so close to sky train I would highly recommend this hotel appartment to the tourist who are going to Bangkok any time of the year.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade to a one room apartment which was very clean and pleasant, very spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

Me and my husband spent 4 days in Natural Ville Residence which is located in Langsuan Road, Bangkok during the period from 4 - 7 March 2006. First of all, I was very pleased of the hotel, because the room is very clean and comfortable. But until the last day, I was a little bit disappointed, due to the bad behaviour of the front desk. I strongly recommend that the hotel should enhance their front desk's language skill, especially in English. They could not understand what I was trying to say and not patient to explain to me. Lots of hotels or luxury residences in Bangkok, so if you would like to go to Bangkok, I will not choose Natural Ville. Maybe you can consider choose the Mayfair (just opposite of the Natural Ville). In this highly competitive market of the hotel! industry, do not worry that could not find a place like this.

Natural Ville provides very luxurios service with reasonable price that we really appreciated during the stay. The location is superb since we can reach several central areas such as Silom road, Sukhumvit, and Pratunam; even by foot, it's possible. Therefore, we would recommend all who are interested in this place, just book and enjoy.
