Nana Hotel

This is a very nice hotel if you want to be very neer to the action of nana entertament plaza you better not go here whith familie and children this hotel has a good money value.

Old hotel. Need new paint in most rooms, and a good cleaning lady. Bathrooms need paint. Ok for backpackers.

i loved the fact that though the decor of the place was of the old chinese look...the staff, cleanliness,food,location was excellent....i have returned to the hotel 5 times , once with my husband and 4times with my 2 kids.....there is only one aspect which will make me hesitate...the plaza opp to the NANA hotel...which will be in my kids face.now that they are at an impressionable age..with all goings on and women...they are still too young ...though for young adults its fine....i love it,,,E

Several things I did not like about the Nana. The beds were made of concrete and the reception staff weren't very friendly. Good swimming pool, breakfast and location.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is well located, reasonably close to Sky train. Rooms vary from satisfactory to good for the money. Always found staff to be helpful.

Was the first time in Thailand in many years. Staff realized that me and my new wife had just gotten married and made the day a great day for all of us in our party.

The dining staff was entertaining and enjoyed it. It is a simple hotel that suits a young individual with access to night life. I may not recommend for seniors because of the location. But the rooms are quiet and you can't hear the activities from the bars outside.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is urgently in need of a room make over we had to change rooms as we were given twin beds not double or kingsize and my traveling companion had his room sprayed for bugs twice in 2 days , my room next door had no problems for bugs . the rooms are musty and need the carpet replaced and a good airout would help . I will probably book a different hotel nearby for my next trip as similar prices and better rooms are starting to outweigh this hotel . breakfast is good here , but pay extra for wifi internet , free in other cheaper hotels regards Warren Gettens

My first trip to Thailand to meet my mother's family, and I was very nervous. I have been all over Europe and the U.S., but the service we received at the Nana was the best ever!!! The food was always excellant, our room was spotless everyday, and the staff was friendly and outgoing. It was not the newest or fanciest hotel, but the people there more than make up for that!!!!I will definately stay at the Nana next year when we return.

location and hotel facilities very good. Staff efficient and obliging, good tour desk and coffee shop resturant good to very good in quality and price. The room we had was quite adequate but a little tired, one bed lumpy but still reasonably acceptable and the bathroom clean but quite dated and average making this room probably of a lower standard than other hotel facilities. I understand that there are better rooms available.
