Miracle Grand Convention Hotel Bangkok

The inhouse internet is very lousy. brought a 24 hrs prepaid card at nite but wasnt able to connect for most of the time. after numerous call to the hotel staff , we demand to refunded it. The staff still hinting that the problem lies with our notebooks (2 notebooks!!) when the obivious problem is with their authentication system.

After reception gave a key card room , I cannot go in to my room because key card out of worked , I had to walked down again and waited for housekeeper to solved it. Hotel's located is very close to railway that made me could not sleep well. But the room and facilities quite ok.

Chose this hotel because it was near the old airport for an early flight the next day and it was perfect for that but not aware of much else in the area. The hotel had excellent facilities and the food was good.

I love Miracle Convention Center. Only negatives: so far from new airport; swimming pool closes too early in the evening.

If you are going to use Don Meuang airport this is a great value for overnight stay. We enjoyed a Very nice large room and they have a delicious buffet at night.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there next time I'm in Bangkok, unless my business activity were only in the inner city. You have reasonable access via taxi to the BTS skirail into the city. It is a well appointed hotel but the best feature of this hotel is without a doubt the staff.

I like the hotel although it is not in the center of bkk. I really recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed at your hotel twice, June 9-10 and June 16-18. Everything was just fine except from one thing; When we checked in on June 16, the woman at the reception was not very friendly. For example, she didn't ask if we needed help with our luggage. Was she prejudice because my girlfriend is a Thai woman? Except from this everything was very nice, excellent room service and very kind staff in the breakfast room. Sincerely, Bo Johansson

I stay at this hotel whenever I have a flight departing early from Don Mueng Airport because the hotel is only a few minutes from the airport and complimentary transfers are provided. Important: Most, if not all, international flights - and some domestic flights - now operate out of the new Suvarnabhumi Airport, and the Miracle Grand is NOT near this airport. (The hotel adjacent to the new airport is the more posh and expensive Suvarnabhumi Novotel.) There are several restaurants at the Miracle Grand - a Japanese restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and what is called a coffee shop. The latter's name is misleading; it's a fine restaurant with very good buffets. If you want to stay in the heart of Bangkok, the Miracle Grand is not for you, but if you want a good hotel near the Don Mueng Airport, it's an excellent choice.

I felt like i wasted the money on this hotel. no place to go near by n no internet. i wasnt feel welcomed when i walked in. no way i would stay here.
