A very good stay by all accounts. I shall be back.

I have stayed in many Hotels over the years and I can say without hesitation that the Ramada goes without saying one of the best I have stayed at. The service was absolutely wonderful and the staff always, without exception, went out of their way to provide extra service.The rooms were very clean, updated and very well decorated. The breakfast was to die for, fresh pastries, great omelets and a good variety of traditional Thai food. The free river boat transportation is so convenient and accessible. Please do not hesitate to reserve accommodations at this Hotel. Dan Nadeau Canada

Very comfortable hotel; good access to the central boat station using the Ramada 1/2 hourly boat service. Very good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at Menam Riverside hotel. Staff were very friendly. Hotel lobby, restaurent area overlooking the river was great. Breakfast buffet was great. Had the seafood dinner BBQ one night, 1,200 Bht.Was expensive. Housekeeping staff were honest. I forgot and left our travel documents together with my credit cards in the room after we checked out. Staff found it right away and got us in time before we left to the airport. River shuttle service was great. Takes you to the train station. Hotel area location not great, unable walk around. There are services close to the hotel to arrange for tours. Do not take the tour to Coral island. There is nothing there, it was a waste of time and money.If you want to Para glide it's o.k. Take that trip only.

Nice location and quite a good price for a position on the river. The boat service to the BTS works well.

We booked this hotel with a group of 5 friends during the Lions Clubs International Convention 23 - 27th June. We were well looked after. Free boat from hotel to Sky rail station up river, nice trip. Breakfast was included and had anything you could have wished for. Great pool area. As with most good class hotels, drinks are overpriced. Rooms are large and airy. good size bathroom, room safe is very handy. We would be very pleased to stay here again.

WE liked the hotel in many ways but unfortunately it has a very unreliable AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.Our group had 4 rooms and we all had the same problem We would set the system at 22deg/c and go to bed. By 5am the system had reset itself to 27deg/c and it was very uncomfortable. I think the new owners need to take a serious look at the air conditioning system Apart from this we enjoyed the hotel.

Good value for your money. perfect sevice and absolutely friendly and helpful staff.
