The service staffs are friendly. The hotel does not have elevator. My room was on the 4th floor; imagine that you have to carry two luggages up to your room. The room that I had was quite small, does not have much space to move around... Yet the hotel lobby is very modern. The location was OK, about 10 minutes walk to Silom.

The service are very good however the room size is small.

We stayed at Luxx for 2 nights and they upgraded us to the deluxe room. As we are honeymooners, they also surprise us with two cocktails and chocolates, nice touch. Overall we are happy with the stay however it gets boring cos there are no facilities and the nearest BTS is quite a walk. Most taxi drivers do not know the place. Breakfast is very good, variety and huge portion. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They could not extend my late check out but offer to let us use their shower facilities when we get back later in the noon.

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic location, not too far from Skytrain. The room we stayed in was tiny though so I would request the biggest room available. There's no restaurant, but breakfast in bed every morning is a lovely way to recover from jet lag and face Bangkok's chaos!

A very nice hotel and a must try for anyone who likes boutique hotels. Service is great and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Modern boutique hotel. Small room very tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast. Possibly catering for arty type or gay.

If putting a reception desk on the first floor, makes a place an hotel, then I suppose this is a hotel... Actually it is nothing more then an apartment building. Not so nice, nothing fancy, you SHOULD NOT be deceived by the photos, the real thing looks nothing like those photos. The camera man did a great job... This hotel is by far the worst i have been to in Bangkok. There is nothing in the room, just a flat TV, and a small fridge !! I have paid $200 a night. Would not pay even $50 for this king of room. I am sure there are no coming back customers to this place... The minibar prices are like those in the Oriental hotel, but the Oriental is a 5 star hotel, and this one, not even one star !!!!!

This is a nicely located boutique hotel situated in a quiet area but not too far from the lively patpong area of silom .The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them always delivered with a smile . The only down side was the size of the room ,looking at pictures it looks a lot more spacious than it is ,its size is adequate but for the price paid its not worth the money . I have stayed in much nicer hotels in bangkok for a quarter of the price . Dvd in room was very handy but iam sorry but i cant recommend this hotel .

Great boutique hotel! It is small with only 13 rooms which was what we like about LUXX. Personalized and warm service. Feels like being at home. Great for those who like a homely place to return to after a day out. Staff speaks good English. They'll ask you what you would like for breakfast the night before. You can have it served in your room or at the loft area. It's about 5-10 min walk from Chong Non Si station. There's no lift in this hotel. Our room was on level 3. May not be a good choice for those with knee' leg problems. Otherwise it was good exercise for us, especially when we need to shred the calories after all the eating. It'll be good to have a map of the hotel coz' some taxi drivers dunno the location of the hotel. We got the compact room which is quite small. But it was just nice for both of us.
