Legacy Suites Bangkok

A Bit Compact, but Very Nice Ok...so the view isn’t the best, but you are downtown, literally. The pool isn’t spectacular, but I wasn’t spending time there anyway. The room was a bit compact and at times claustriphobic, but it was very nice and clean. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. When I return, I am sure I will stay here again. Everyone was very pleasant and accomodating; the restaurant and the free breakfast that came with the booking was simple and satisfying; and the convenience of being downtown was great. I do wish that a hotel taxi/bus was available to and from the airport, but I wouldn’t hold it against the hotel. They made up for it upon my arrival. They even allowed me an early check-in as my flight’s arrival was in the early a.m. Two thumbs up! :)

The suite was fantastic and very comfortable but for such a reasonable price. Try to be brave and eat food which the street vendors are selling. As a vegetarian I enjoyed bbq corn on the cob and bananas. The fruit from street vendors was generally fresh and tasty. Eating like this can save lots of money.

Fabulous Find Stunning new hotel in a great spot in Bangkok, with easy access to the MRT and Skytrain. We were very impressed with the service, rooms and overall quality...and the pool is great as well! Cannot recommend Legacy Suites enough as a place to stay. Compared to many other hotels we viewed at a similar price, this one stands out by a mile.

OK for a stop over prior to leaving BKK Mkae sure the taxi drivers put the meter on, if not wave them on and wait another few seconds for one that will. Enjoy.

Very clean and modern hotel I stayed here during April 2008 for about 1 week. I had read the reviews from here and other places and was expecting a pleasant stay. I was not disappointed. Everything is new, since this hotel is I think less than 1 year old. All the fixtures and fittings in the room are immaculate. The bathroom is especially nice. My room had a seperate bath and shower, though I only used the shower. Location, is not too bad.. it's quite a walk to get to Asoke BTS especially during the hot bangkok day, but it's certainly doable You would have to cross the busy Sukhumvit road if you wanted to get a taxi up towards Siam Square however, as most won't turn around for you. I would most definitely stay here again, my only gripe would be the extra charge wanted for wifi usage which other hotels provide free of charge. Though in all honesty, the rates are very cheap considering how nice this place is.
