Great Hotel, well located near sky train, staff very friendly and will assist with your needs. Will stay there again

The Tutu that will take hotel guests to the nearest Nana station was spoiled during our stay in Jan 2009. When I asked the reception when it will be back from service again, they told us it has been out of service for 2 weeks already......but no alternative was offer and i am just amazed by the efficiency from the hotel. We have no choice but either choose to walk (approx 10-15 mins) or take taxi directly (which always jam in the small lane). Love the porridge from the breakfast but the waitress's service was not too pleasant to encounter, as if we owe her few million bhat.... The open bar NEST at level 8 was a pleasant place to chill out at nite..... There are just too many new and nice boutique hotels around the area, I would rather go for newer hotel next time as Le Fenix hotel rate is getting higher but the service just didn't get better....

Similar establishment to the I-Residence Hotel as well as the City Chic Hotel both in Bangkok this is a slightly better operation all round with a decent location & a good breakfast for the price. The rooms are better than the similar 3 to 3.5 star modern boutique budget hotels in Bangkok. Perfectly located opposite the trendy Q-Bar & the even better Bed-Supper Club around the corner both on Sukhimvit in Soi 11. Not a bad mini spa-gym for a 3 Star.

Not quite sure how this rating system works as I can't see the individual category ratings but 4/5 is about right overall. The rooms are clean and well presented with LCD's on the wall. Perhaps a bit small but well organised and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and the service is good and the bar is comfortable. Q bar is just accross the road which is good for a night out. For the price, you are unlikely to find anywhere better in Bangkok.

very trendy hotel with it's art deco however it is a bit expensive for drinks and food, good location for clubs like q bar and supper club and it has a nice rooftop club which is openair with great views, but they gym needs updating and the pool's too small, and a concern for me was that they have internet access but you have to have your own laptop, but not all of us like to carry laptops on holiday with us, as to why they don't have afew desk top computers there is a mystery!!!note that this hotel is not for families as they aim for the younger crowed, one thing that was annoying is that when you tske s shower it's impossible to control the mixers therefore it's either so hot or frezzing but overall i liked it there.

Neat place. Set a little back in the Soi but not a long walk to Sky Train. Excellant value for a Mercure Hotel.

The shower design is terrible,cos there is no door,so water splash make the floor very slippery.

The hotel itself is ultra modern and looks great. The staff at the hotel are all extremely helpful and friendly. Location wise, it is literally 5 steps away from QBar and aroudn the corner from Bed SupperClub. The best part, with your room key, you get free cover to check out those 2 clubs (which is great if the club happens to be dead the night you go LOL). Would have been great if the Hotel told us this from the get go, but we ended up finding out from the front desk when we asked for directions. The rooms themselves are super nice. comfortable beds, nice plasma TV - couldnt ask for more. There is a little room for improvement for the bathrooms though. The showers themselves are nice, but lack an actual door and therefore the water will kind of get outside the shower. The free breakfast in their restaraunt was much better than expected. We expected a simple continental breakfast, but our expectations were defnitely surpassed. i wasnt able to check out the gym and pool, but my friends told me those were fairly decent compared to the other hotels we've stayed in. Overall, i would definitely stay there again.
