I stayed in this hotel for one night on 23 July 2008 because I had to meet someone who lives nearby. Normally, I would prefer to stay in hotel located either near BTS or MRT to avoid the chronic traffic jam in BKK. I was upgraded to a room that resemblance a junior suite due to hotel running full-house, apparently filled with delegates from some Car Distributors. My short single-night stay was quite alright but I have the following comment to share: (1)the hotel is quite dated with poor maintenance probably due to poor daily house-keeping. Taps are very tight and shower mixer was not working well. Bathroom floor are stained and bathtub looks not thoroughly claened. (2)staff came knocking on my door to check if I am checking out as if to chase me away even before my checkout time was due. (3)staff in the coffee shop during breakfast were busy talking among themselves and neglected guests' calling for service. (4)breakfast buffet spread was limited variety and of poor quality in taste, freshness and presentation. Unless there is a compelling reason to stay in this secluded part of BKK, like comparatively cheaper rate and being closer to Suvarnabhumi Airport, this hotel is certainly not a good choice.

It is an o.k hotel, not more then that. The rooms are not very good, the bathroom are very un-pleasant. The food is o.k, but over-priced for what you get. Location is o.k, and very good if you want a good shopping area. Front desk people are very helpful.

I thought this hotel was dreadful. We arrived late and were tired and as we were only there for one night, we couldn't be bothered to ask to change our room.... However, the room smelt of smoke, the sheets were not clean (on one bed, they were quite crumpled, suggesting clean sheets had not been put on, merely, the bed re-made and the other bed had marks all over the sheets) and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. In the morning, we decided to use the gym, just to enable us to have a shower somewhere else and the gym was disappointing. The treadmills were a death trap, with the machine stopping each time weight was applied with a foot! The hotel is not that close to the airport and the shopping centre is rubbish! Not sure I can find many good things to say.......

I stayed for only a day with my wife there but I feel persuaded to write down something about the standard of service here. Besides the inability of service personnels to speak in English they were not polite enough as well. The buffet breakfast provided was not upto the mark. Also my friend who was traveling with me complained about bugs too.

Because of its location at 5 min walking distance to Seacon Square, we've stayed at this Hotel several times. There maybe cheaper hotels, but if you like to shop, you save a fortune on taxi transfers (and time): +++nice rooms and bathrooms +++superbe breakfast buffet, catering to all tastes +++very good service (especially the guest relation officer) +++ good choice in the restaurant +++ you probably have the pool to yourself - service they still haven't learned to warm the plates for hot dishes or to serve the food only once you've finished your cocktail
