Bed too hard. Requested softer mattress and overlay was provided. Restaurant and bars far too expensive especially spirit drinks. Staff friendly and courteous. Great choice of breakfast dishes. All in all had a great time and value for money. Would recommend it.

We stayed on the 11th floor in the family suite, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent if you are in Bangkok to shop. The staff were reasonably friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

we found the indra to be of a very good standard all round and will not hesitate to book next time we are in bangkok,the staff are excellent,food very good,very quiet room.lovely pool etc etc.excellent !

The Indra regent was a very nice hotel. The swimming pool was great but the poolside bar was very expensive and equivalent to Western prices if not more expensive. The Sala Thai restaurant was excellent, the waiting staff teaching us how to fold the napkins into a lotus flower. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a huge variety of food on offer. Staff were very friendly and there is a very good market right next door. The shower was hot but the room itself smelt a bit smokey. Overall a very nice place to stay, but other than the Sala thai restuarant I would recommend going out for dinner as the hotel food and drink is expensive.

Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable on the 16th Floor, so was not noisy. The room was well maintained and serviced efficiently and promptly. The standard of the food was very ordinary. I had dinner on two evenings, two breakfasts and one lunch. All of these meals were unspectacular; even the Thai noodle dish I had for lunch.

Hotel was not to the standard I expected. Room was smelly with cigarette smell. Bedding and furnishings needs change. Bugs on bed. If refurbished then I will certainly recommend and stay over because it is centrally located to all entertainment and shopping.

this hotel is a good location for local markets, electronic department stores etc and helpful satff but the hotel is getting very tired. Ok for 1-2 nights max
