I fequently stay at this hotel as I find the location for business and pleasure to be first class. The staff are always extremely friendly and service is of the highest level. I would recommend to both business and pleasure customers alike. First Class

The hotel is pleasant (although a little old). I was a little annoyed that the front desk tried to upsell me a superior room whan I checked in (by saying that the room I had booked was small and not very good) but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Stay there everytime visiting Thailand. Room is large, clean and people are very friendly. Close and easy access to Emporium Mall. We'll stay there again next year.

Imperial Queens Park Hotel I chose this hotel so I can get to the airport to catch an early morning flight, which was about 30 min away. Good - in the heart of city, close to the Emporium which is a mega-shopping department. Impressive entrance and huge scale. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Bad - a bit outdated room although clean and everything works fine. Surrounding stores cater to mega tourists. Other - favorite hotel for Japanese group tourists. Convenient, big and a bit outdated,E

Everything was perfect, apart from a small leak in the bathroom - promptly attended to by the staff. Good value for the traveller who desires a high level of comfort at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very tired. The Premier room was disappoiting. There were not enough light fittings in the room to work comfortably. We could not eat at the Club Lounge for free which we have been doing every year for many years. We were asked to pay an extra THB 1,200 per day which would have included the 2 breakfasts (already paid for through the booking) and internet access. We turned it down. Just as well as we could not access the internet from the room.

Will stay in this Hotel again Magnificient Hotel. 5 or more restaurants - clean - huge nice elegant rooms with 2 pools. Staff very accomodating and spoke English. Close to shopping, restaurants, park and sky train. It is a very elegant Hotel and still enforced non- casual attire in some of their Restaurants. Food was wonderful.

Reasonable Hotel When booking a stay at the Imperial Queens, make sure your room rate includes breakfast - otherwise the breakfast costs 10 pounds per person!!!

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and enjoyed a good experience. This visit was OK, without really impressing me. The place feels as though it's lost the spark it once had. It's a fine hotel that wouldn't leave anyone disappointed, but I can't help feeling that there are now better options around for the same budget.
