This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at for the price. Excellent value with good food available. very clean rooms and clean bathroom. Location right on Sukomvit is close to perfect. Very good value.

I booked on a package and appreciate the use of the business centre, the airport transfer (except it would have been good if the driver could have spoke a little more English) and the daily newspaper. I liked the marble flooring in the room, just because it gave a sense of cleanliness. The room facilities were good, but I could not get my laptop to communicate with the server for internet access. The breakfasts were always good as were smorgasbord lunches and I ate once in the evening there which I also enjoyed. I would happily book there again.

This is the third time that I'm staying here and this time, came to stay a lone trip without my business frens ( 2 previous with them ). Enjoyed my stay here with great fun of being connected to where I wat to go and hope to be back again in the near future.

The executive studio we had reserved was ok but we needed a little more space and upgraded, for a reasonable price, to a renovated suite, which was great. The only problem was the renovaion work in the hallways during our stay. I felt that there might be some health hazards with removing old wallpapers and stuff. It was great to have 3 different pools to choose from. On soi 11 you can find just about everything you expect from Bangkok.

We're stayed at the Grand President four times now. The furniture and decor is pretty run down and in need of maintenance, but the facilities are great, the staff is excellent, the location is perfect and the pricing is great.

This is a very nice hotel, but one thing I disliked was lack of sanitation in dining room, i.e., silverware was placed on bare table without any consideration for cleanliness. I highly recommend, eating utensils/silverware be wrapped in napkin and then placed on table. I found the knives, forks and spoons to be greasy. This indicates to me, lack of attention to detail and a complete lack of sanitation standards. The home-fried potatoes were leftover from previous meals. The potatoes need to be served fresh. I found foreign material in my fried potatoes and brought this problem to the attention of the Chef on duty.

Cant fault this hotel. It was a very enjoyable experience. Hotel in a very central location. The breakfast was great. We will stay here again when we are next in Bangkok.

I was in Tower 3 and barely got any light in the room, was always dark even though it was sunny all day long. Two single beds put together which moved easily. Location is great on Suk 11, bathroom was acceptable, and reception service was good. Near the door so you can hear hallway noise easily. Will stay at another hotel for the same rate next time I come back.

both our stays @ Grand President have been a welcome surprise...........we like the location, facilities & rooms...............only wish we had tried before now...............note: had frequented a well known hotel located "close" to the Grand President for nearly 20 years.........however had grown tired of their "consistent inconsistencies"
