Grand President Hotel

There was a recent renovation so if you end up in a tired room, see if you can change.

Torn about this hotel I am really in a difficult situation about reviewing this hotel. Although the place has a bit of a worn look and feel about it and could really use some updating and remodeling the Hotel Staff (with the exception of the Front Desk personnel) is tops and makes up for the hotel’s shortcomings. The Staff are extremely helpful and always have a smile on thier faces. They are quick to offer a hand open the door and elevators for you and constantly salute you. The manager is a super guy who took time out of his day to personnally wish me Happy Birthday and then sat down for a 15 minute conversation, during the busiest time of the day, to address some concerns I had. But even with these positives; the outside noise, the outdated interior and the old look and feel of the hotel keeps me from recommending it to anyone. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks dont take the frequent taxis outside the hotel. The hotel is just up the street from the Nana skytrain station and you can get to anywhere in Bangkok from it in just a few minutes. This is a lifesaver in Bangkok’s terrible traffic.

Disappointed Very disappointed! Rooms are relatively small, noisy and dark. The Staff was very nice and competent!

Very good value all suites hotel. Request rooms in Tower 2 as these are newer. Great location a short walk from Nana Skytrain station. Despite what it says on the Venere site, breakfast is included and it was to an acceptable standard. Rooms were clean and quiet.Endless shops and restaurants in close walking range. Also very close to the airport expressway, so transferring was a breeze.

Home away from Home My stay at the grand president was very comfortable. Hotel staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort and safety. Very clean great location 5 min walk to sky train and shopping. limosine service readilly available.

+ Logation was good near the BTS-station. Good svimming pool.

never come back the room are so dirty, no service, smell bad Traveler's tip on nightlife this hotel is good for a single guy who want to have fun with the local girl as bars and clubs and cheap fake stuffs lots

- tower #3 seems less modern and comfortable than towers #1 or2, but for 50% of discount, there is nothing to say!

+ nice room, clean, enough space, comfy bed, good breakfast - very loud birds in the mornings (from 7am). night times quiet.
