The hotel located in a very convenience location, easy to access by underground train, taxi. Good for meeting point, shopping centre area and business area. The hotel should upgrade the facilities such television is very old.

We had stayed in this hotel in June and decided to stay again for two weeks split by a week elsewhere. This first week was generally pleasant with breakfast taken on the ground floor restaurant which was a nice start to the day. We had however asked for a double but were given twin bedded room. The hotel is well situated for low cost eating, shopping mall and underground connection. The hotel is good value for money although in places is beginning to look a bit tired. Although the staff carry out their duties to varying degrees of efficiency, I am not convinced that they have the interests of the guests at heart. Will consider other options for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mecure and found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel's chinese restaurant had a good menu and the food and service was good, the hotel's bakery also had a good range. We would recommend this hotel to others.

This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I come to Bangkok at least once a month and have stayed at many and varied hotels. This one is quite good for the money and the major plus is the location and ease of getting around from here. Shopping centre attached and IT mall as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

After a 2 week tour at 5 star hotels we ended with a stay at the Grand Mecure and found it provided the same service and facilities at a more realistic price. Great hotel!

Not ideal but excellent value for money (if you get the right discount price!)

The lifts needs to be services as the speed is painfully slow and the fan in the lift is not functioning/turned on.
