go to the 8th floor for breakfast, and you will know what i mean poor service!no smile at all,no hotel standard, infact worse than some food court in singapore.ask for coffee, they answer you with a glance, come back to you like a zombie,i meant every staff in that coffee house...just wondering if the hotel owed them salaries for months...and when they chat among themselves, you can see them smiling and laughing.....it happened to all goests after my 3 days observation. just like the 2 bell boys, just warm smiles all time you see them.

We stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed, room and soft furnishing were filthy and bathroom was very dirty, definitely not value for money and service was poor. Would not stay at this hotel ever again.

My friends and my wife and I stayed a night at this hotel and can't fault it. The facilities were top rate. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location is less than 100 metres from the big Pratunam markets and lots of other shops. We had dinner in the 8th floor restaurant which was very tasty, good serving size and reasonably priced. Breakfast included in tariff was a huge range of buffet. Rooms well appointed and spacious with lovely city views. Our friends were initially concerned to find there was only a couch for sleeping on - until they looked harder and found the separate bedroom with its king size bed and en suite bathroom. Will be very happy to stay here again

Excellent equiped suites, recomended for family with children (up to 4 people in 2-bedroom suites). Excellent buffet breackfast. Lobby service is little bit oriental and not efficient (lost reservations, long inquiries).

Very helpful and friendly staff made this a great holiday. If you enjoy shopping the location couldn't be better. Pantip Plaza (computers) and Pratunam Plaza (fashion clothing) are right next door for bargain shopping, and Central Plaza is only a five minute walk away for designer labels galore and a huge selection of excellent restaurants. Despite the centra, busy location, the rooms were very quiet and comfortable, and are great value.

We found the rooms and the soft furnishing were extremely dirty, bathroom was filthy and thought we had paid too much money and definitely not a 4 star hotel. Would not consider to go back again.
