A wonderful hotel to stay. Definetely recommend. Can not say anything negative.

Ideally located as part of the Emporium complex with plenty of shops (many a bit upmarket) and eating facilities, plus easy direct access to the Skytrain. Good choice for handicapped people. The apartments are modern high rise with good views, and serve a good buffet style cooked breakfast. Very clean, staff very friendly. Rooms are well furnished and the only surprising omission from the apartments is a washing machine although a laundry service is available. Taxis readily available 24x7 and the ride to the airport is about Bht400 so you don't need to book the expensive airport limousine service on arrival at the new airport. No PC available for visitors to use but low cost internet access is available in the shopping complex.

The room was not big as expected, and the extra bed was not comfy at all.

We really liked this hotel. Very good for families with children since the room has a kitchen (or atleast our room had). Very nice and stylish room. Good location, close to shoppingcentre and skytrain.

It was a pleasent stay in this hotel. I recomanded. Next vist will be at the same hotel. 9/10 hotel luxiry.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with Emporium Shopping centre, Skytrain and a park all within minutes of the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The room was a little small but had great views of the city and it was handy having a kitchen to use. I would definitely stay here again.

The last couple of times I stayed at this hotal, I was very disappointed because they charge me day rate for early checkin due to early flight arrival. The rate they charge is more than double the room rate for one night booked through Asia Rooms. I feel that this is not a professional way of doing business and retain clients particularly when I have stayed in this hotel so many times.

Overall is Quite Good

It's quite obvious that the hotel is also targeting to be a business hotel but the size of the working desk seems a bit small for business purpose.
