We stay in Elizabeth for 2 nights. very happy with the location because our main purpose was to visit the weekend market. getting a taxi is very easy and it cost around 40 bath to get to the market one way. The breakfast can be improved because we were getting the same stuff every morning.

For this price I am fully satisfied. I booked the Deluxe on the 12th floor (non smoker). Room and bathroom were clean, shower and AC working. The location at Chatuchak is a little remote, which has the advantage of being not too noisy. Getting to Chinatown or Chao Phraya takes a 30 to 60 min taxi ride. Chatuchak market and Monchit bus station are close. Taxi ordered by concierge arrives within one minute. As the hotel seems to be dedicated to Chinese tourists te breakfast is very Chinese style.

A bit far from skytrain station (Saphan Kwai), about 15 to 20 mins walking distance. Good to stay for going to Chatuchak Weekend Market and easy access to highway to airport.

I stayed there with my daughter for one week and for our requirements everything was quite fine. The only thing we sometimes missed was a person with better English knowledge at the reception desk.

The room is clean. The location is not very convenience.Breakfast is poor. For 2-stars hotel the meal is too expensive. There is an out door pool but not open. And no free drinking water in rooms.I am not going to back here again.

We had 12 person stayed at Elizabeth Hotel on May 25 '2007 for 1 night only. The hotel is quite deep in and have to walk to the main road to fetch a cab.We choose this hotel because it is quite near to Chatuchak weekend Market. The hotel lobby and reception counter is quite shabby and old-furnished ~ really need some renovation to upgrade the outlook for the hotel. The front counter staff are not friendly at all or sometimes is unpolite to the customers. We booked the hotel through internet for triple room but when we reached the rooms, the extra bed for all 4 rooms were not set up in advance. Thus, the housekeeping staff told us they need 10 min to set up the extra bed but took more than half an hour to finish it. All the rooms are small and very olden style, it seemed too old as 60-70 years ago. The room needs to be refurbished, decor old and tatty. The breakfast is too simple and it is very minimum choices. We will consider other hotel the next time we travel to Bangkok.

This time I booked the Deluxe on 11th floor, smoker. The room was very shabby, although bed and bath were clean. Seems the smoker´s rooms are in much worse condition than the non-smoking. Although I saw thru an open door on the same floor renovations going on in other rooms.
