We stayed at the Eastin in June 09. We were very comfortable and happy with the good service. The staff is very friendly and good with English, we ate dinner a few times in the hotel, good food and wide variety. The rooms has internet for free, and loads of space, clean newly renovated. Good curry resturant just a few metres away, and massage opposite the hotel - cheap. We will definately stay here again !!!

This is my 2nd time back in Eastin, during this 4D3N stay in Eastin, we felt as if we were back home! The receptionist showed us the lobby lounge for a welcome cocktail while preparing our check-in. No time were wasted! The newly renovated Eastin feels the same, just cleaner and fresher! Service is excellent! Each service staff welcomes u back from a long day with warm smiles and well wishes.. they even helped to plan your route to make sure no extra milleage is incurred. They will bargain with the taxi/tuk tuk drivers for a reasonable fare charge to shopping destination, they come up to you whenever you returned with lots of shopping bags, however, you can see that they did it out of goodwill, not for the tips. Overall, im truly amazed and impressed! Perfect vacation! =)

Excellent staff-can't do enough for you. Location can be tricky-on the other side of main road and big shopping locales. Breakfast good but could do with more variety. Great rooms with good views of busy Bangkok infrastructure.

Superb Hotel with excellent location and quality. The staff were a credit to this hotel...always helpful and attentive..if this hotel had a more competitive pricing it would definitely do well. I would recommend this lovely hotel :)

I only stayed one night but the location was not the best especially for a lone woman traveller at night. The Nearest sky train is a 15 minute walk down a dark street.

The location is a bit out of the way but the service and condition of the hotel is excellent. Will return for Bangkok stay next time.

overall its good just the bathroom ... and the internet service cant even log on to any messenger... only can check email...
